Payment methods
The Apple Online Store accepts a variety of payment methods. Click on a payment method below to find out more.
ATM Bank Transfers
ATM Bank Transfer payments can be made using your Pay In Slip via ATM machines at the following banks: Siam Commercial Bank, Krungthai Bank, and Bangkok Bank.
Soon after payment is made, Apple will send you an Order Confirmation email with estimated delivery dates.
Your Pay In Slip will expire 3 days after your order is placed and your order will be automatically cancelled if no payment has been received by the expiry date. You can place a new order at any time.
Admin fee may be charged by bank/processing entity in addition to order value.
Pay at Counter
Counter payments can be made using your Pay In Slip at more than 30,000 locations throughout Thailand, such as: Big C, True Money, Pay@Post and Tesco Lotus.
Pay at Counter orders have a maximum order value threshold of ฿ 30,000.
Your Pay In Slip will expire 3 days after your order is placed and your order will be automatically cancelled if no payment has been received by the expiry date. You can place a new order at any time.
Soon after payment is made, Apple will send you an Order Confirmation email with estimated delivery dates.

Credit cards

Troubleshooting credit card payment errors
- For new or recently reissued card, the card needs to be activated first.
- Check that the card details entered are correct, the card type (Masters/Visa/American Express), card number and the expiration date.
- Remove any dashes or spaces for the card number.
- If you do not have sufficient credit limit, please check with your card issuer.
- If everything seems to be correct, contact your card issuer. Your card issuer may need to verify with you before they authorize your purchase.
Account verification
To prevent any unnecessary delays in processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order and credit card account matches. If you have recently moved or are unsure of your billing address, please contact your credit card-issuer to confirm.
Security codes
The credit card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard) of your card.

When Apple charges your account
When you place an order, Apple will contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm it is a valid account. Apple requests an authorization, which holds the funds for the full or partial purchase amount.
Apple prepares your items, authorized funds will be unavailable and your card will only be charged after your order has shipped. If your order contains multiple items and they ship at different times, you may see multiple charges on your credit card statement.
If you cancel your order before it has been billed, Apple will contact the bank within 2 business days to request the authorization reversal. Any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to reverse, depending on the credit card issuer. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.
Credit Card Installments:
When Apple charges your account
Apple receives authorization to charge your account prior to shipping your item(s). However, your card will be charged the evening of the day you placed the order.
If you cancel your order before it has been charged, any authorizations placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to reverse, depending on the credit-card issuer. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.
If you cancel your order after it has been charged, any charges placed on your credit card account can take up to 30 days to refund, depending on the credit-card issuer. Contact your financial institution for their specific timeframes.
Troubleshooting Credit Card Installment payment errors
Approval for Installment payments is subject to your bank approval.If you do not have sufficient credit limit, please check with your card issuer.
Credit Card Installment payments (including interest charges, early payments, and monthly installment recalculations) are the responsibility of the customer and the card issuer.
Note: Please note that the shipping lead time starts upon confirmation of payment receipt.
Apple Store Gift Cards
You can redeem an Apple Store Gift Card at the online Apple Store or by calling 1800-01-9209. With the exception of gift cards, certificates, and iTunes downloads and/or subscriptions, you can purchase just about anything sold by Apple, including products from both Apple and third-party makers.
You can use up to eight Apple Store Gift Cards at the Apple Online Store or if placing an order over the phone at 1800-01-9209. You can combine your Apple Store Gift Card(s) with one credit/debit card to pay for your purchase.
Simply enter or provide the PIN. The PIN can be found on the email below the image of the card. Please keep the card in your possession until the order has been processed and delivered.
Note: Apple Store Gift Cards can only be redeemed in the country of purchase.
