  • It’s available in most metropolitan areas. Before you start the trade-in process, you’ll enter your PIN code to see if it’s available in your location. If it’s not, we can help you recycle your smartphone responsibly.

  • Once you purchase your new iPhone, we’ll schedule a time to pick up your old smartphone and deliver your new iPhone. Both will happen at the same time, and both are handled by our courier partner.

    When everything checks out, you’re all done. You’ll get your new iPhone and the courier will take your trade-in when they leave.

  • If your trade-in doesn’t pass the diagnostic test or the condition doesn’t match what you described, we’ll offer you a choice. You can accept and pay the difference between the trade-in credit you already received and the revised value of your device. Or you can keep your trade-in device and pay back the entire instant credit amount. As soon as payment is completed for the balance owed, the courier will hand you the new iPhone. The courier will accept cash, credit or debit card payments.

    If you decide you don’t want the new iPhone, the courier will return the delivery, notify Apple, and we’ll refund your original payment method.

  • You can create one directly from the Cashify site. When you visit the site, enter your Web Order Number and your telephone number.

  • Getting ready to trade in is easy. If your smartphone is an iPhone, you need to back up your data as well as know your Apple ID and Password so you can turn off Find My iPhone when the courier arrives. If your smartphone is an Android, you need to back up your data and download the Verify app.

  • The courier will call you to confirm the original delivery date. If you need to reschedule, you can arrange this directly with the courier.

  • If the courier arrives during the scheduled time and you’re not there, they will leave a calling card and attempt to reschedule up to 2 more times. If the trade-in and delivery cannot be made after 3 attempts, your iPhone will be returned and your trade-in will be cancelled. Any payment you made will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • We accept most iPhone models as well as many Android smartphones. You can see a complete list here. Enter your serial number or IMEI when you buy a new iPhone to confirm eligibility for your device.

  • You can track both your purchase and trade-in status from your Apple Store account. We’ll also send out status updates via email and SMS.

  • Yes. If you decide you don’t want to trade in your old smartphone after you’ve completed your purchase online, you can inform the courier when they call to confirm your delivery. If you still want the new iPhone, the courier can accept payment for the entire trade-in credit when they deliver the new iPhone. The courier will accept cash, credit or debit card payments.

    If you don’t want the new iPhone, the courier will cancel delivery and notify Apple, and we’ll refund your original payment method.

  • No, you do not need to include accessories. If you choose to include any, we will recycle them for you.

  • To find your serial number, follow this guide.

  • Key in *#06# on the dial pad and the IMEI appears on-screen in a dialog box. Also, some Android phones have it printed on the back, and some with removable batteries have it printed on the battery housing.

  • Before the courier arrives, back up your data. And when the courier arrives, they ensure that all your personal information is completely removed from your device before trade in.

  • To turn off Find My iPhone on your Apple device:
    1. Tap Settings.
    2. Tap iCloud.
    3. Sign in with your Apple ID, if necessary.
    4. Turn off Find My iPhone.
