If you believe that Apple Original content available on Apple TV+ or Apple Fitness+ violates your intellectual property rights, you can send your claim directly to Apple Legal at ContentComplaints@apple.com. In your message, please ensure that you identify the allegedly infringing content, and that you describe in detail exactly how the content infringes your rights.
To provide a link to AppleTV+ content, navigate to the title page for the content, click the “share” button (typically located in the upper right side of the screen, or in the option menu), select Copy, then paste the URL link into your message. To provide a link to Apple Fitness+ content, navigate to the detail page for the content and tap the contextual menu (typically located in the upper right side of the screen), select Copy, then paste the URL link into your message.
Please note that the ContentComplaints@apple.com email address is for claims of infringement related to Apple Originals only. To dispute third party content through the Apple TV app, you must submit your claim using the App Store or iTunes Store dispute form as appropriate.
