If you change your mind, you can return your Standard or Configured-to-Order hardware to us within 14 calendar days of delivery. If your item was originally delivered to a pickup point, you can return your order to us within 14 calendar days of collecting your item. Software returns are also accepted within this period, but only if the software was not unsealed. This option is in addition to your consumer rights to return defective products. Alternatively, you can contact Apple Store Customer Service to make arrangements for your return.
In each case, be sure to have your Web Order Number available.
Once your return request is arranged:
You can indicate your intent to return within 14 days or receiving your product. You have a further 14 days after indicating your intent to return to then return your products or arrange for their collection.
